ACSI Privacy Statement
The ACSI collects contact information for the sole purpose of distributing the ACSI Newsletter to registered individuals. The ACSI will not sell or distribute Newsletter registrant contact information to third parties, sponsoring organizations or affiliates.
We collect client data when a user submits a form to request information on our “Products and Services” when they submit a form to “Download a Report” or sign up for our “Newsletter”. We use this information to give you access to other reports and to contact prospects. Surveys may also be sent out through the CFI Group. See the CFI Group Privacy Policy for additional information.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our site includes links to other web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (The ACSI). If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit.
Cookies and Tracking
Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our website, but your ability to use some features or areas of our website may be limited. Some of this automatically-collected data is personally identifiable information, and allows us to deliver a better experience by reducing the amount of data that needs to be entered when filling out forms, downloading gated content, and completing surveys.
The ACSI “Analytics provider”, uses technologies such as cookies and scripts to analyze trends, administer the website, tracking users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information. See the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Log Files
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, device type, internet service provider (ISP), referral and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, etc.
We use this information in the same fashion as mentioned above in the “Cookies and Tracking” section above.
